WhittleStrength uses a three tier coaching approach to optimize and maintain life-long results: training, nutrition & accountability. We don’t like to overcomplicate things here. We will teach you how to train with intent and maximize your time in the gym, all while learning how to eat intuitively around your busy schedule. We are able to produce life-changing results and keep you on track with our WhittleStrength online fitness app.

TRAINING.

Our training programs are unlike anything you’ve ever experienced and tailored to your goals and ability. We utilize fundamental principles of strength training to give clients the best possible results - no fluff exercises or random workouts. Our programs are structured and calculated down to every set and rep scheme.

Our programs are designed to build a strong foundation upfront. Through a heavy emphasis on proper form and tempo we are able to build up any weak links and focus on structural balance and posterior chain (back of the body) work to bulletproof your back.

With most people stuck behind a desk or on their phone all day, the importance of good posture is massive - our foundational program builds your back, hamstrings, hips and glutes to make sure you’re strong and healthy as you progress through each training phase.

NUTRITION.

Nutrition is the foundation of any successful transformation. Our habit-based approach to nutrition allows us to meet clients where they’re at in their journey. We don’t force meal plans that don’t work on people, we create long-term, sustainable nutritional habits that match your training and lifestyle.

Just like our approach to training, we want clients to build a strong nutritional understanding and foundation, before we give them more specific macronutrient targets. Our inclusive approach to nutrition coaching means we can cater to anyone looking to see real sustainable results!
