Daniela Osorio brings heart, purpose, and precision to the WhittleStrength team. As a certified personal trainer and founder of InnerFit Coaching, she specializes in helping women build strength both physically and emotionally. Her coaching blends foundational strength training with powerful mindset work, creating a space where clients feel supported, challenged, and deeply understood.

She’s especially passionate about guiding women who want to improve their habits, reconnect with their bodies, and feel stronger from the inside out. Whether she’s working one-on-one in the gym or coaching through the TRI HARDER™ Training App, Daniela’s approach is rooted in empathy, structure, and real results.

At WhittleStrength, she leads personalized training sessions and online coaching with a mission to help women move better, feel stronger, and thrive on and off the gym floor!
