That’s why I built the TRI HARDER Training App.
Mentored by world-class coaches like Dr. Eric Serrano, Charles Poliquin, and Stéphane Cazeault, I’ve developed a training approach that blends biomechanics, progressive strength training, nutrition, and supplementation into one simple system. This is the same method that’s worked for clients in my private gym and now, it’s available to anyone, anywhere.
My coaching style is different because it’s posterior-chain focused, progressive, and educational. I don’t just hand you workouts. I teach you how to train, how to fuel your body, and how to maintain the results you earn.

Yes. In the App Store or Google Play, you’ll see the app listed under WhittleStrength. Once you sign up, we’ll send you a link to download and create your account. From there, you’ll be plugged into the TRI HARDER Training programs immediately.

Most apps just hand you a set of random workouts. TRI HARDER Training App is different. You’ll not only get the workouts, but also the education behind them. Shane walks you through every training phase—explaining the intent, tempo, rest periods, and how to approach each lift. You’ll know why you’re doing what you’re doing, not just what to do.

Our training system is built differently than most. Instead of jumping straight into heavy compound lifts, we start by building your foundation through posture-focused training. That means lots of work for the back of the body—rows, lat pulldowns, RDLs, hamstring curls, glute work, and core stability.
This approach bulletproofs your back, improves posture, and keeps your joints healthy. Once that foundation is in place, we progress into the big compound lifts—squats, deadlifts, pressing variations, and pull-ups—so you can train heavy, build strength, and add muscle without breaking down your body.
