How to read PRIME SmartStrength machines:
Our PRIME Fitness machines are numbered with a 1, 2 and 3 setting.
1 = The load feels the heaviest in the middle of the lift/ROM (i.e. in the middle of a lat-pulldown)
2 = The load feels the heaviest in the shortened or concentric position (i.e. the bottom position of a lat-pulldown)
3 = The load feels the heaviest in the lengthened or eccentric position (i.e. the beginning position of a lat-pulldown when the arms are fully extended)
