POSTERIOR CHAIN TRAINING.
We believe building a strong posterior chain should be a priority for everyone. That's why we overemphasize posterior chain and posture-focused exercises in our training programs. We typically incorporate a 2 to 1 ratio of pulling to pressing movements to correct muscle imbalances and promote optimal alignment. By targeting muscles along the backside of your body – including your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back – we help you develop strength, stability, and proper posture. From deadlift variations to hip thrusts, pulldowns, and rows, we integrate a variety of exercises that activate and strengthen your posterior chain while addressing specific muscle imbalances.
